Important: This page is general website information, not customized legal advice. A separate written agreement may apply to paid work and will govern where it conflicts with this general notice.
1. Website information
The material on this website is provided for general information and to help visitors decide whether to contact Done 4 Me. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep it useful and current, but no representation is made that every statement is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
2. No automatic client relationship
Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confidential relationship, partnership, or obligation to accept work. A project begins only after its scope and terms have been agreed.
3. Services and results
Descriptions on this website are general. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, revisions, hosting, and third-party costs should be confirmed for each project. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Done 4 Me’s control. No particular sales, traffic, reach, ranking, approval, revenue, or other result is guaranteed.
4. AI-assisted work
Done 4 Me may use artificial-intelligence tools to assist with research, ideation, drafting, editing, design exploration, analysis, or production. AI output can contain errors, bias, omissions, or material that is not original. Human review reduces these risks but cannot eliminate them. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables and for obtaining professional advice where the subject is regulated, high-risk, or outside marketing expertise.
5. Client-supplied material
If you supply text, images, data, trademarks, instructions, or other material, you are responsible for having the right to provide and use it. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or highly sensitive information through the public contact form.
6. Privacy and contact-form information
The contact form asks for information such as your name, email address, organization, service interest, and message. It is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and may be retained as reasonably needed for communication, records, security, and legal obligations.
The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service. Submitting the form sends the information through that provider and may involve its anti-spam systems, including reCAPTCHA. Do not use the form if you do not want the information processed in this way; instead, request another contact method when one is made available.
This static website does not itself use a marketing database, account system, or first-party analytics script. Hosting providers and internet infrastructure may still record routine technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser details, and security events.
7. Third-party services and links
Links or integrations may lead to services not controlled by Done 4 Me. Their availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, and continued operation are their responsibility. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, crest, original copy, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Done 4 Me. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. Other copying, publication, resale, or adaptation requires permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or form, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape contact information for spam, or submit unlawful material.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Done 4 Me is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this general website. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and governing terms
This notice may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current posted version. Any project-specific agreement may contain additional governing-law, dispute, payment, cancellation, and liability terms.
12. Questions
Use the contact page for questions about this notice or the handling of a website inquiry.
